What we arrange
We arrange business-purpose loans secured by non-owner-occupied investment property, such as debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) loans on rental homes and 2–4 unit buildings. We shop financing from wholesale lenders and investors. We do not make loans, issue credit decisions or fund loans ourselves.
Loans arranged through this site are not for personal, family or household purposes. We do not arrange loans on property that you or a family member will occupy.
